If you are 60+ we want to honor you! We are hosting a dinner party on Sept 13th at 4pm at the Simpson Home, feel free to bring a side or dessert. RSVP by texting (904) 552-2322 or reply to this email.

On Sept 28th we are going outside the walls of the Church to be the hands and feet of Jesus in our community. Our Worship on Sunday morning will be through serving others together. In the evening, we will have a Worship Night to celebrate and share all God did that day! Mark your calendars and register Here!

Groups and Classes are already underway but it's never too late to jump in! Whether you prefer gathering at the church or connecting in homes throughout the community, there's a place for you. FIND YOUR PEOPLE TO DO LIFE WITH HERE!

It's Christmas Play time again! Kids and Teens, we will have tryouts after each service on Sept 21st for speaking parts. We have many parts for both boys and girls. Tryouts will be held in the prayer chapel. If your child would like to be in the play but not try out for a speaking part, please email nextgen@fccstjohns.com their name and age. Practices will start in October on Tuesday nights.

Nextgen Events

Kids love to be invited and they love to celebrate! In this 8-week series, the kids will understand that Jesus invites each of us into a personal, life-changing relationship with Him. Starting at 6:30, bring your friends and get ready for some fun!

Teens! Join us each week for Youth Group from 6pm to 8pm.

Nazarene Youth Conference (NYC) is a powerful youth event, hosted by the Church of the Nazarene, which has been held in different locations for six decades. NYC typically takes place every 4 years. NYC provides an opportunity for high school students from the USA and Canada (students with high school graduation year 2026-2030) to be united for worship, discipleship, community outreach, and tons of fun. OUTREACH/SERVICE: Events, Community Projects, and Partners.
PRAYER/CARE: Communion Server, Prayer Partners, Visitations.
GROUPS: Teach a Class, Group Discussion Leader, Group Host, Apprentice.

FAMILY MINISTRY: Kids or Youth Teacher, Helper, Registration, Special Events.
HOSPITALITY: Greeters, Section Hosts/Visitors, Set Up, Offering/Ushers.

WORSHIP/TECH: Instrumentalist, Vocalist, Sound, Lights, Video, Media, Set Design.
