For Mother's Day, we have planned something special before each service for all the women of the church. There will be a photo booth, refreshments and a special gift for the ladies. Along with a place for EVERYONE to write the name of someone who has impacted their life. Mother's Day is a special opportunity for us to celebrate and honor the women who have impacted our lives.

We are having baptisms on the last Sunday of every month this year! This is also our Family Service so children 4 years old and older stay with us in the worship service. FCC alongside Hart Felt Ministries have an opportunity to be the hands and feet of God by providing help to a senior lady named Marlene. She is in need of mowing, edging, weeding, trimming of hedges, and pruning plants/flowers on her trellises. She has lawn equipment (riding mower, edger, and blower) that volunteers can use, as well as yard tools. Please bring gloves and any yard tools/lawn equipment that you have. Address: 1077 Mandarin Station Dr. E., Jacksonville, Fl 32257. A liability waiver is required for all volunteers and will be emailed to you for you to sign.

We have an awesome opportunity to be the hands and feet of Jesus as we provide a meal for the homeless in our community. Signup for one or multiple items here on signup genius and share the link with friends!

All food needs to be delivered to either:
1) Home Again St Johns at 197 State Road 16; St Augustine, FL 32084 between 9:30 am and 3:15 pm on Friday 05/29/26.
OR
2) Faith Community Church by 1:00pm on Friday 05/29/26

Thank you so much for helping us with our Vacation Bible Experience (VBX)!
There are many ways to help serve, provide supplies, and provide meals as this is a massive service project with many elements to serve our community and teach children about the love of God who may have never been to church before!

Elements below include:
Sign ups for snacks needed for 80-100 kids that we will serve and teach during the week of June 16-18 in the church building and in the community,
Set up and serving during VBX at the church,
Providing meals for our team of teens that will leading, implementing, and being the hands and feet of Christ June 15-18 both in our community and at the church!

Volunteers Needed for Upcoming Testing at Hallowes Cove!

Our church has an awesome opportunity starting April 21 - May 21st to provide testing proctors for Hallowes Cove Academy. Testing proctors support a positive and secure testing environment by assisting teachers with classroom monitoring. This is just one way that we can be the hands and feet of Jesus in our community by loving on a school right down the road from our church. All proctors must be approved school volunteers. The FCC Community Impact Team is launching a Hurricane Assistance Ministry for the 2026 hurricane season which runs June 1 to November 31. They will focus their attention on those who need assistance getting ready for and cleaning up after a hurricane. Nextgen Events

Wednesday Nights isn't just for Kid's Ministry. Get plugged into the Adult Class on Spiritual Gifts or our Knotted Marriage class while the kids finish their series on the Book of Acts.

End of the Year Kid's Ministry Party
May 13 from 6:30 to 8:30. Dressed ready to get wet and eat pizza together! We will celebrate the end of the school year as well as the start of summer!

KIDS CAMP is designed to help students (ages 6-12) retreat from the busyness of life to encounter Jesus and build godly relationships!
