If you haven’t said yes to Jesus yet, we want to help you know what it means to become a Jesus follower. And if you have, then we are so excited that you have decided to give your life to him, make him the Lord of your life, and become a part of God’s family! We join with all of heaven in celebrating, and it is our joy and privilege to help you take your next steps in your journey with Jesus!
OUR SIN
We are all born with a sin nature, which means we have all sinned - by things we have done and things we have left undone. Because of our sin, we are unable to have the relationship with God and others that our hearts truly desire. This life apart from God, the giver of life, “earns” us death.
"For everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God’s glorious standard."
GOD'S GIFT
God loves you so much that he sent his Son, Jesus, who had no sin of his own, to die the death that our sin earned so we don’t have to. Then God raised Jesus from the dead three days later to prove his complete victory over sin and death. Through Jesus’ self-sacrificial death on the cross, all our sin can be forgiven and we can love God and others with our whole hearts!

"For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord."
OUR RESPONSE
God’s Spirit has been pursuing you your whole life, whether you were aware of it or not. He wants you to know him, he wants to forgive your sin, and he wants to transform you more and more into the person he desires for you to be! We respond to the Holy Spirit’s pursuit of us by saying YES to Jesus and surrendering life to him, committing our whole selves to him.
"If you openly declare that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."
NOW WHAT?
There are 3 foundational practices that will help you start your journey of faith well: learning how to pray, reading the Bible, and connecting with a local church. Prayer is how we connect our hearts with God’s heart, the Bible shows us God's character and provides God's revelation of himself to his people, and connecting with a local church helps you learn how to live as a member of God’s family. We have provided a prayer resource and a Bible reading plan below that will get you started! We also have a FREE book for you at our Experience Table (located in the back of our sanctuary) that will be a tremendous help as you are getting started on this new journey with Jesus.
